ABOUT ONEDOSE

OneDose is an AI-driven clinical decision support and protocol management platform built for EMS agencies. We help paramedics and EMTs make faster, more confident clinical decisions in the field, delivering the right protocols and drug dosing information at the point of care. We are early-stage, growing fast, and building the infrastructure layer for pre-hospital medicine.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a Director of Brand Marketing to own how OneDose shows up in the world and to lead our marketing function. You will define and protect our brand voice, drive content, messaging, and PR, and build the storytelling engine that helps EMS directors, agency chiefs, and clinical leaders understand what OneDose is and why it matters.

This is a hands-on role, not a supervisory one. You will personally write the copy, shape the campaigns, and produce the work, not just direct others to do it. You will have a Digital Marketing Specialist working under you on production and technical execution, and a creative agency available for heavier lifts, but the quality of what we put into the world starts with your own output. If you want to manage from a distance, this is not the role. If you want to build a brand with your own hands and have real ownership from day one, it is. You will work directly with our Co-Founder and lead the marketing team day to day.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Brand Identity and Voice

  • Define, document, and protect the OneDose brand voice and visual identity across all customer-facing touchpoints
  • Ensure consistency across website, sales materials, social, email, events, and partner channels
  • Evolve the brand as we grow into new market segments and product capabilities

Content and Social

  • Own the content calendar across Socials (LI, FB, IG, TikTok), Emails (Mailchimp/Hubspot), and other relevant channels
  • Lead content strategy and personally produce a meaningful share of the written, visual, and video content, drawing on internal, agency, and contract resources for scale
  • Build OneDose's company presence as a thought leadership voice in EMS and pre-hospital care

PR and Communications

  • Develop and execute national PR strategy, including pitch development and media placement
  • Own the relationship with our creative and PR agency partners, holding them accountable for creative quality, campaign performance, and turnaround
  • Identify and pursue earned media in EMS trade publications, health tech outlets, and regional press
  • Draft press releases, bylined articles, and company announcements

Campaigns and Launches

  • Lead execution on product launches, partnership announcements, and event activations
  • Work with sales and clinical teams to develop messaging frameworks for specific buyer personas (EMS Director, Medical Director, Agency Chief)
  • Set the creative and messaging direction for paid campaigns, then work with the Digital Marketing Specialist and agency to produce and ship them

Team and Partnerships

  • Direct and develop the Digital Marketing Specialist, setting priorities across web, design, and campaign production
  • Own relationships with key influencer and strategic industry partners, and develop co-marketing opportunities with device companies, ePCR vendors, and associations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4 to 7 years of brand, content, or communications experience, with a portfolio of work you personally created
  • A builder and a doer first. You must be excellent at the craft itself, writing, messaging, and content, not only at directing others. We are explicitly not hiring a delegator
  • Strong writing across long-form content, short-form copy, and executive communications
  • Fluent with AI tools in your daily workflow. As an AI company, we expect you to lean on Claude Cowork, AI design tools, and similar solutions to move faster and sharpen your output, while the strategy, judgment, and final quality stay yours
  • Experience managing agency or contract creative resources and getting quality work out of them
  • Experience in B2B, public safety and healthcare-adjacent environments is a strong plus
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you build and execute process, not just follow it
  • Bonus: familiarity with EMS, public safety, or health technology markets

WHY ONEDOSE

  • You will lead a function and shape a brand, not be one of twenty people in a marketing org
  • Your work will directly support a product that improves outcomes for paramedics and patients
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to grow with the company as we scale
  • In-person team in Bloomington, MN with a high-trust, low-bureaucracy culture

COMPENSATION

  • $80,000 - $120,000 Base Salary
  • Equity Ownership in a Growth Startup
  • Additional Benefits
