Position: Account Executive
We’re looking for our first Account Executive who is excited by the challenge of building a 0 🡪 1 sales function within a fast-growing technology startup. This individual will work closely with and report directly to the Founder & CEO.
- Title: Account Executive
- Salary: $60K-80K Base
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $120K-160K
- Equity: 0.5-1.0% in Stock Options
- Benefits: Health (Medical, Dental, Vision)
- Location: Hybrid (Columbus, OH Preferred)
Candidate Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for the following initiatives:
- Full Cycle Sales: Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound sales, including lead management, product demos, and closing deals with the support of founder-led sales.
- Cross Selling: Collaborate with the support team to upsell and cross-sell existing customers into larger product bundles and contracts.
- Cold Calling: Generate new opportunities through active outreach and cold calling.
- CRM Ownership: Ensure the CRM maintains accurate and up-to-date data.
- Reporting: Develop reporting visualizations based on pipeline management and establish KPIs for sales performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales roles with a proven track record in healthcare technology startups.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Personality: Persistent, determined, and enjoyable to work with.
