Position: Customer Success Specialist

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who’s excited by the challenge of building a 0 🡪 1 onboarding and activation function in a fast-growing technology startup. This individual will work closely with and report directly to the Founder & CEO.

  • Title: Customer Success Specialist
  • Salary: $60K-80K Base
  • Equity: 0.5% in Stock Options
  • Benefits: Health (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Location: Hybrid (Columbus, OH Preferred)

Candidate Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for the following initiatives:

  • Onboarding: Lead end-to-end onboarding and account activation once contracts are signed by the sales team.
  • Training: Guide clients on how to use our platform after launch.
  • Support: Address client inquiries and relay feedback to product development.
  • CRM Ownership: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM.
  • Reporting: Create reports and visualizations to track onboarding timelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in onboarding roles within healthcare SaaS companies.
  • Technology: Proficient with CRM (HubSpot) and customer support tools (Intercom).
  • Personality: Organized, joyful, and kind.
