Position: Customer Success Specialist
We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who’s excited by the challenge of building a 0 🡪 1 onboarding and activation function in a fast-growing technology startup. This individual will work closely with and report directly to the Founder & CEO.
- Title: Customer Success Specialist
- Salary: $60K-80K Base
- Equity: 0.5% in Stock Options
- Benefits: Health (Medical, Dental, Vision)
- Location: Hybrid (Columbus, OH Preferred)
Candidate Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for the following initiatives:
- Onboarding: Lead end-to-end onboarding and account activation once contracts are signed by the sales team.
- Training: Guide clients on how to use our platform after launch.
- Support: Address client inquiries and relay feedback to product development.
- CRM Ownership: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM.
- Reporting: Create reports and visualizations to track onboarding timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in onboarding roles within healthcare SaaS companies.
- Technology: Proficient with CRM (HubSpot) and customer support tools (Intercom).
- Personality: Organized, joyful, and kind.
