We’re building an all-in-one operating system for optometry practices across the nation – starting with best-in-class patient engagement and e-commerce tools. We commercialized our product in April of this year and are rapidly growing. You can learn more about our company on our site.

About the Position

We’re looking for a scrappy marketer who’s excited by the challenge of building a 0 🡪 1 marketing function inside of a fast-growing technology startup. This individual will work with and directly report into the Founder & CEO.

• Title: Marketing Manager

• Salary: $80K Base

• Equity: 0.5-1.0% in Stock Options

• Benefits: Health (Medical, Dental, Vision)

• Location: Remote

Ideal Candidate

This individual will be responsible for the below initiatives.

• Organic Media: Build out the company’s social presence and brand assets – specifically across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Paid Advertising: Execute targeted advertising campaigns that result in product demos booked with potential customers.

• Case Studies: Create compelling visualizations and illustrations of the success our platform has led to across our satisfied customer base.

• Hacky Ideas: Deliver unique, low-cost campaigns that are od-the-path but repeatable and accretive to the business.

• Creative Assets: Create marketing collateral across all formats (videos, blogs, infographics, etc.) that align with deliverable-based needs.

• Product Launches: Generate strong go-to-market strategies for new product acquisition and cross-selling within the existing customer base.

• Brand Value: Evaluate and provide strategies that align with the company’s goals/ethos within the market of solutions to reinforce SEO performance. • Marketing Performance: Create and own KPIs – Demos Booked, CAC, and CLV. • CRM Optimization: Build out best-in-class CRM functions – funnels, reporting, landing pages, etc.

Qualifications

• Experience: ~2-5 years of experience working in marketing roles with a proven track record of successful growth campaigns; preferably within a healthcare technology company.

• Technology: Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and other best-in-class martech platforms.

• Personality: Eager to experiment, unafraid to speak your mind, and willing to work hard.
