About the Role 🌱
We’re looking for CSM that can help ensure our customers are successful using Yottled. You’ll onboard customers, create documentation, and handle any support needs that come our way. As an early member of our team, you’ll interact with our customers and shape the future of customer success at Yottled. We push decisions to the people closest to the problem. You will get to make the decisions.
What you’ll be doing
📝 Documentation: You know the best way to scale yourself is making sure the customer can find answers on their own. You’ll create documentation, videos, and other material to help customers get the answers they need.
📲 Communicate with customers: You’ll use the stellar documentation you put together to respond to customers via email, text, and occasionally phone + zoom or google meet.
🎓 Onboarding customers: You'll spend time with our newly acquired customers to ensure they are successful in using Yottled.
🐇 Moving fast: You’ll get to test about anything that comes to mind. We want you to give us feedback from customers and we’re indexing on the things that work.
🤘 Impact our strategy: We have our ideas but we want a diverse team of voices. You’ll get to help us decide what we should do, build, and sell.
Any Qualifications?
🌱 Self starting: We are remote so we look for people who can operate in heavy amounts of ambiguity. You'll be given autonomy to get your work done.
🤝 Customer facing: Our customers are our life blood. You'll need to represent our brand to ensure you’re selling into the right customers that will drive us forward.
🚀 Results driven: You'll present metrics and drive towards objective based results, ensuring we're on the right path towards success.
