About the Role 🌱
We’re looking for a full-stack engineer with strong UX/UI intuition who is able to create and bring concepts to life. As an early member of our team, you’ll interact with our customers, participate in user research studies, and shape the future of engineering at Yottled. We push decisions to the people closest to the problem. You will get to make the decisions.
What you’ll be doing
🛠️ Building: We’ve done the best we can and are looking for someone that is autonomous, driven, and can help us grow. You’ll collaborate with our customers, product, and other engineers to implement compelling customer experiences.
🐇 Moving fast: You’ll get to test about anything that comes to mind. We have feedback from customers and we’re indexing on the things that work.
🤘 Impact our strategy: We have our ideas but we want a diverse team of voices. You’ll get to help us decide what we should do.
Any Qualifications?
🌱 Self-starting: We are remote so we look for engineers who can operate in heavy amounts of ambiguity. You’ll have to understand customer requirements and just get it done.
🤝 Customer-facing: Our customers are our lifeblood. Something is wrong, you’ll have to interface with them to help troubleshoot.
🔥 User experience focused: You’ll need to help us figure out the best path for a customer, not just make it work. You’ll help us figure out with objective and subjective evidence when to implement new features, and invest in things a customer didn’t even know they needed.
💻 Technical things? Sure...but we encourage you to apply even if you don’t have a 100% match.
