We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for reaching out to customers currently on monthly plans and converting them to annual subscriptions as well as guiding return customers back to annual packages. This role involves understanding customer needs, consulting on the best packages, and ensuring a smooth transition to the annual plan. The consultant will work closely with the Account Management and Implementation team to ensure a seamless handover and continued customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to customers on monthly plans to discuss the benefits of annual subscriptions
  • Conducting outbound activities to existing Workable customers to pitch annual subscriptions
  • Guide returning Workable customers to the correct annual package
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable annual subscription packages.
  • Identify underpaying customers and effectively convert them to appropriate annual plans.
  • Conduct demos of suitable plan upgrades, showcasing the benefits and features of annual subscriptions.
  • Ensure smooth and complete handovers to the Account Management teams for ongoing support and relationship management.
