Hey coffee enthusiasts!

As a Shipping & Receiving Technician at WithMe, you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling of incoming packages, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of shipments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Receiving and Shipping:

   • Receive and ship PrintWithMe printers and coffee products.
   • Utilize shipping programs (e.g., FedEx) and other necessary IT systems.
   • Move shipments with a pallet jack, package and unpack equipment, occasionally delivering products to clients.

2. Inventory Management:

   • Set inventory on shelves and regularly take inventory of all warehouse products.
   • Assist in maintaining organized, identified racks, and staging areas.
   • Conduct daily cycle counts and support inventory control in production areas.

3. Workflow Management:

   • Support processes for Sales Orders/Purchase Orders.
   • Review transactions and manage stock & supply levels.
   • Load trucks, move freight, and store merchandise.

4. Assembly and Production:

   • Pull 70-pound printers and place them on assembly stations as needed for production.
   • Collaborate with the Senior Shipping & Receiving Tech to assure the quality of products and shipments.

5. General Maintenance:

   • Assist with the removal of dunnage such as cardboard, pallets, and trash.
   • Attach identifying tags or labels to materials and mark information on racks as needed.

6. Qualifications:

   • Ability to read work orders, production schedules, and follow oral instructions.
   • Proficient in the use of shipping programs and IT systems.
   • Physical ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs., push 75 lb. objects, stand, sit, squat, and reach regularly.

7. Team Collaboration:

   • Hands-on team player willing to take on a range of responsibilities.
   • Work proactively and independently to meet hard deadlines.

8. Communication and Professionalism:

   • Demonstrate professional presentation and effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff.
   • Display a strong work ethic, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Safety and Compliance:

   • Adhere to general safe work practices.
   • Responsible for maintaining equipment and completing work order requests to correct issues.
