Cardiac Intelligence® is improving cardiac care by addressing the pervasive issue of under-treatment of cardiovascular diseases. We are solving this problem by utilizing technology and novel algorithms to identify appropriate patients automatically. Tempus is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join their growing team.

Our Implementation Project Manager will be a motivated and highly organized individual with strong communication skills that will lead successful client implementations and internal business projects. You will establish a comprehensive understanding of client expectations and business processes and then architect and manage a plan to meet those goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects working with accounts to implement the technical and clinical aspects of our service, as well as contribute/manage internal projects for business needs.
• Coordinate internal and external technical resources to execute electronic health record (EHR) interfaces with our clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for hospital IT teams through project scoping, kickoff, build, and go-live.
• Design project plans and provide systematic updates to the team and Tempus leadership of progress of those projects.
• Ensure deadlines are met; communicate changes in expected timelines to project stakeholders.
• Maintain required project documentation.
• Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures to improve and streamline existing processes.​
