- Marketing Support for DPCs: Assist DPC providers in marketing themselves effectively to employers in their area, demonstrating the benefits and value of DPC to prospective employer clients.
- Member Engagement: Work with DPC providers to increase DPC utilization among employer groups and their members, ensuring that DPC becomes the primary care solution of choice.
- Regional Focus: While the primary focus is on Wisconsin, support will also be extended to DPC providers in Iowa and Minnesota.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DPC providers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for DPC within Self Fund Health’s ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Location: Wisconsin-based, with the flexibility to travel within the state and occasionally to Iowa and Minnesota.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare or provider relations role, with a strong preference for experience working directly with DPC providers.

- Passion for DPC: Deep commitment to the philosophy of DPC as the future of primary care, with an enthusiastic approach to promoting DPC’s value to providers and employers.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with healthcare providers.
- Operational Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare billing, eligibility verification, and operational procedures in a clinical setting.
