Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Health Plan Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with advisors and brokers to promote our innovative health plan offerings to businesses across Wisconsin. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our health plans and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within Wisconsin.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including small to mid-sized businesses, with a focus on industries facing significant healthcare cost challenges such as school districts/manufacturing etc.
  • Collaborate with advisors and brokers to educate them on our health plan offerings and support them in recommending our solutions to their clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our health plans, effectively addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and brokers to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to effectively position our health plans in the market.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Experience working with advisors, brokers, or consultants is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including insurance products, employer-sponsored benefits, and healthcare reform, is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the Wisconsin region as needed.
