Job Summary:
Redi.Health is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the Controller and CFO in scaling our accounting and finance function as a high-growth healthcare technology company. This is a hands-on hybrid role, split between owning core month-end accounting processes and supporting forward-looking finance work like forecasting and P&L reporting. You'll partner closely with the Controller, CFO, and cross-functional teams to keep our financial reporting accurate, timely, and audit-ready as we grow.
Essential Functions & Duties
- Lead the monthly close process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP across revenue recognition, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules (fixed assets, prepaids, accruals)
- Support proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including deferred revenue schedules
- Own daily cash management, including bank transaction matching, sources and uses tracking, and covenant/compliance monitoring to ensure accurate real-time cash visibility
- Assist the Controller in implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies
- Assist with external audits and other regulatory compliance requirements, including documentation and PBC list management
- Support income tax and sales tax compliance activities as needed
- Assist in forecasting and enhancing program P&L reporting
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, including budget-vs-actual variance analysis
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Support ERP system optimization and transition
- Apply AI-assisted tools to automate and streamline tasks
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to support scalability

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience;
- Strong command of US GAAP, particularly revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Experience with ERP systems and process automation tools
