Job Summary: Realync is seeking a talented Product Designer to lead our design efforts in creating intuitive and delightful user experiences. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our product, from conceptualizing new features to refining existing ones.

Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design will be key in crafting solutions that meet our users’ needs and drive engagement. Working closely with our development and product teams, you’ll turn insights into beautiful, functional designs that enhance our user experience and contribute to our product’s success.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate product goals into innovative design solutions
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements
  • Ensure design consistency and coherence across the entire product
  • Continue to maintain our style guide and our component library
  • Mentor and lead other designers

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills within B2B SaaS
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design and experience principles, interaction design, and responsive design
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas and prototypes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile development processes
  • Some experience with accessibility standards
