Qooper is a leading B2B SaaS company in the mentoring software space, helping organizations worldwide launch and scale impactful mentorship programs. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and generate high-quality leads through organic, paid, and social channels.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an integral part of the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end strategies across SEO, paid media, content, and social channels to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. Our primary objective as a department is to generate high-intent Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that feed directly into the sales pipeline. Your work will help Qooper attract the right audience, capture demand, and accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement SEO strategies tailored to B2B SaaS to improve and maintain search visibility and rankings.
  • Execute technical and on-page SEO audits; optimize website structure, metadata, page speed, and internal linking.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new content and campaign opportunities.
  • Develop and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on lead generation and CPL optimization.
  • Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and infographics.
  • Use Canva (or similar tools) to design visually compelling assets like blog visuals, social graphics, infographics, and simple ad creatives aligned with our brand.
  • Continuously update and optimize existing content for better rankings, conversions, and user engagement.
  • Promote content across social media, email marketing, and relevant communities to expand reach and engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO and paid media KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to ensure content aligns with business goals and buyer journey stages.
  • Stay informed on the latest SEO updates, ad platform changes, and B2B SaaS marketing trends.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a startup or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with KPIs focused on high-intent lead generation and pipeline contribution.
  • Exceptional English skills (both written and verbal) are required.
  • Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of B2B content strategy, lead generation funnels, and buyer personas.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to a B2B audience.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with a continuous learning mindset and a passion for testing and optimizing.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively with different departments.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or similar tools.
