About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to own and manage the full sales cycle for prospective customers. As an Account Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of Qooper’s platform, use cases, and client success stories. Requirements:
- Proven ability to lead effective, value-driven sales conversations by asking insightful questions, uncovering customer pain points, and presenting tailored solutions that clearly demonstrate a path to success.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS sales or a related sales role, with a strong preference for experience in the technology or software sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in account development, including consultative selling, solution-based selling, and contract negotiation.
- Strong aptitude for learning and the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of the mentoring and learning technology landscape, including Qooper’s positioning within the market.
- Ability to effectively communicate Qooper’s value proposition using product knowledge, client success stories, and service offerings to engage and convert prospects.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, high-growth company with a dynamic and evolving culture.
- Teaching background is a huge plus.
