We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager / Product Success Manager with a strong technical and data-driven background to lead customer success efforts. This role is foundational in developing scalable systems, ensuring our customers achieve exceptional results with our platform, and leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Data and System Development:
- Establish a feedback and analytics pipeline to continuously collect, interpret, and act on user data for product improvement.
- Leverage user insights to refine product features, optimize workflows, and identify customer success trends.
- Build scalable internal processes and systems that future hires can adapt and expand upon, creating a sustainable growth framework.
Cross-Functional and Technical Expertise:
- Partner with engineering and leadership teams to refine technical aspects of product delivery and ensure seamless integration with customer workflows.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to gather data and build tailored solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Use technical content, such as demos and webinars, to communicate product benefits and drive customer engagement.
Leadership and Growth Strategy:
- Drive pilot projects with select customers to showcase software capabilities and provide real-time feedback for the product team.
- Develop strategies for early access or beta programs to involve customers in product evolution and deepen relationships.
- Serve as a key contributor to go-to-market strategies, with an emphasis on aligning technical capabilities with customer goals.
Travel:
- Limited travel may be required for key client meetings, pilot program oversight, or industry events.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in designing and managing user feedback processes, using insights to shape product and success strategies.
- Experience with launching and scaling programs, such as Early Access or Partner Programs, to accelerate adoption and growth. Mid-level experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, particularly between technical and customer-focused teams.
- Expertise in developing educational materials (demos, webinars, blogs) to drive customer understanding and satisfaction.
