OVERVIEW

Opendorse is redefining the landscape of athlete-brand partnerships, empowering athletes, brands, and organizations to shine in the ever-changing name, image, and likeness (NIL) arena. We’re searching for a decisive, resourceful, and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of our go-to-market efforts, accelerate product launches, and establish Opendorse as the premier platform for NIL collaborations. This is more than a traditional product marketing role. We’re looking for someone who can be a force multiplier for our commercial team—helping account executives close deals with smart sales enablement, industry insights, and tailored messaging. If you bring a MarTech or AdTech background and know how to speak the language of brands, agencies, and media buyers, you’ll thrive in this role and make an immediate impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Take full ownership of designing and executing go-to-market plans for new product releases, working directly with founders and business unit leaders to create actionable strategies that drive adoption and revenue.
  • Act as the foundational voice for pricing and packaging, developing strategies that align with the needs of athletes, brands, and collectives while optimizing revenue opportunities—especially in performance marketing and branded content.
  • Be the commercial team’s go-to partner, developing sales materials, case studies, talk tracks, and objection-handling guides that help AEs win over brands and agencies evaluating NIL activations.
  • Shape and evolve messaging that resonates with the AdTech and MarTech ecosystem—including campaign buyers, agency partners, and DSPs—clearly articulating the ROI of influencer marketing through athlete channels.
  • Keep Opendorse ahead of the competition by tracking industry trends and competitors—analyzing brand-athlete engagement on platforms like Instagram and TikTok—and turning those insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead digital content efforts, ensuring landing pages for key product offerings are current, conversion-friendly, and support both top-of-funnel interest and sales team workflows.
  • Manage and scale customer support processes that directly impact product adoption and satisfaction—especially around NIL deal execution and campaign performance tracking.
  • Drive special initiatives, including campaign performance reporting, product-led growth experiments, and partnerships with third-party data platform

WHO YOU ARE

  • A decisive, hands-on marketing leader with 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or media. You’ve seen what great sales enablement looks like and have built it yourself.
  • Skilled in go-to-market strategy, packaging, messaging, and enablement—with a strong track record of supporting commercial teams to drive revenue.
  • Comfortable translating product value into compelling narratives that resonate with media buyers, agencies, and brand marketers—not just internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical and evidence-driven: you use performance data, customer feedback, and competitive research to sharpen your approach.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across product, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to bring bold ideas to life.
  • AI-savvy and agile—you know how to leverage modern tools to move quickly without sacrificing quality.

LOCATION

Remote (US-based) or at our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska.
