✅ What You’ll Do:
- Own the design and user experience across the Noise platform: creator app, brand dashboard, and everything in between
- Design intuitive, fast, and visually polished experiences for both web and mobile products
- Work directly with the founders, product, engineering, and operations teams to shape how the platform evolves
- Turn messy ideas, feedback, and product problems into simple and elegant user experiences
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship new features in a fast-moving startup environment
- Obsess over product details, usability, onboarding flows, retention loops, and interaction quality
- Help define and evolve the visual identity and design system of Noise as the company scales
- Balance speed and quality: knowing when to perfect pixels and when to move fast
🫵 Who You Are:
- 1-3 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related creative roles
- Proficient with design tools like Figma and Adobe Cloud
- Strong portfolio showing thoughtful product design work across web and/or mobile apps
- Highly creative, but also highly practical: you design for real users and real business goals
- Excellent taste in modern consumer product design, interaction design, and visual systems
- Comfortable taking ambiguous product ideas and independently turning them into polished experiences
- Strong communicator who can clearly explain design decisions and collaborate cross-functionally
- Fast-moving and adaptable: you thrive in environments where priorities evolve quickly
- High ownership mindset. You care deeply about the quality of the product and the user experience
- Detail-oriented to an extreme: spacing, motion, copy, interactions, onboarding, and UX friction all matter to you
🤩 Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working at a startup, marketplace, or high-growth tech company
- Experience designing consumer social, creator, marketplace, or mobile-first products
- Proficiency with up-and-coming AI design tools like Claude Design, Paper, etc.
- Interest in internet culture, creators, content, and social media trends
- Basic understanding of frontend development and how designs get implemented
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
- Experience creating motion, animations, illustrations, or marketing assets
