✅ What You’ll Do:

• Run the day-to-day engine of Noise, making sure creators and brands are constantly moving and nothing gets stuck
• Be the person who jumps on problems first and doesn’t let go until they’re fully solved
• Work directly with brands and creators on both sides of the marketplace and keep them successful, active, and productive
• Operate in the middle of everything: product, growth, creators, brands
• Turn chaos into structure by figuring out better ways to do things as we scale
• Make fast decisions and take action without waiting for perfect information
• Act like an owner. If something is broken or inefficient, you fix it or find someone who can

🫵 Who You Are:

• 0–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, operations, support, product, or technical role)
• Highly resourceful and self-directed. You figure things out quickly without waiting for instructions
• Strong problem-solver who enjoys digging into messy, ambiguous issues
• Comfortable with technical systems: you don’t need to be a full engineer, but you can think logically and debug problems
• Excellent communicator: clear, concise, and fast when working with users and internal teams
• Thrive in high-speed environments where priorities shift and new problems appear daily
• High ownership mindset. When something breaks, you take responsibility until it’s fixed
• Detail-oriented and decisive: you can make judgment calls without getting stuck

🤩 Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working at a startup, marketplace, or high-growth tech company
• Experience working with customers, users, or online communities
• Experience running your own projects or entrepreneurial endeavors
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Notion, Slack, Discord, etc.
• Interest in social media, creators, or internet culture
• Basic technical curiosity (you like understanding how things work, even if you don’t code)
