✅ What You’ll Do:

• Build and ship features across our full-stack platform (Next.js, Express, React Native, PostgreSQL)
• Own projects end-to-end, from understanding the problem to deploying the solution
• Work directly with the CTO and Principal Engineer in a small, high-output engineering team
• Contribute to our brand dashboard, creator mobile app, API services, and internal tools
• Improve platform performance, reliability, and scalability as we grow 10x
• Help architect and build new systems
• Write clean, maintainable code that ships fast without sacrificing quality
• Debug production issues across the stack and make things more resilient

🫵 Who You Are:

• 1-4 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web development
• Comfortable working across the stack: frontend, backend, and database
• Self-directed and resourceful. You figure things out before asking for help
• Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and speed matters
• Collaborative but opinionated. You have ideas and aren't afraid to share them
• Excited about building products that real people use every day

🤩 Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with any of our core technologies (Next.js, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with real-time systems, queues, or distributed architectures
• Open-source contributions or a personal project portfolio
• Interest in AI/ML, content discovery systems, or creator economy platforms
• Experience with mobile app development (React Native, Expo)
