• Your Outreach team works to identify and support prospective coaches while the Success team keeps them growing as people and businesses on our platform. You need to help them with this day-to-day, making sure they have the insights, support, and guidance to be successful.
• You need to make strategic recommendations to leadership on where and how to grow our coach base, with data (not vibes) as your justification.
