London, UK
Posted on Friday, February 9, 2024
This is an exciting opportunity to become one of our first Partner Managers in the UK, where you will serve as both an advocate and expert on Loop’s platform for the EMEA market. This role sits in our Partnerships team, and you’ll be building, leading, and deepening relationships within the key partners in the logistics ecosystem, helping to achieve Loop’s expansion goals in the UK market.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll be directly contributing to Loop’s expansion into international segments, building out a network of deeply engaged logistics partners who can integrate and/or support Loop’s local merchant needs, and accelerate our UK go-to-market (GTM) goals.
Loop is a remote-first company, with our teams working remotely across the United States and Canada. This role will be fully remote based in the UK, and we have a strong preference for those who are located in London and have a deep background and understanding of logistics in the UK market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and expand relationships with top EMEA logistics and backend operations partners (3PLs, ERPs, WMS’s, etc.) with the goal of driving new referrals, pipeline growth, and closed revenue.
  • Manage and own a pipeline of partner-sourced sales opportunities, working alongside the go-to-market leadership & Account Executive teams to support complex sales cycles.
  • Create and execute joint business plans with partners to develop go-to-market strategies that drive mutual benefit and pipeline growth for both Loop and our partners.
  • Align cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Success to drive repeatable GTM playbooks in the region.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify opportunities that amplify & strengthen Loop’s regional brand awareness in the logistics ecosystem via campaigns, co-marketing, case studies, and events.
  • Assist Loop’s Product team with identifying and evaluating high-value product opportunities with key partners in the region.
  • Develop a region-specific point of view on how Loop can achieve its growth objectives with each key partner, and build the plan for how to execute on those objectives.
  • Support negotiating commercial agreements for both new and existing partnerships.
  • Become the face & owner of a highly dynamic ecosystem of logistics partners that are actively engaged with the Loop brand, platform & prospects.
  • Work alongside our new UK Shopify Agency Partner Manager to connect the dots and maximize Loop’s regional product and go-to-market opportunities.
  • Travel regularly to meet our ecosystem partners in person as much as needed.

Your Experience:

  • You have a deep understanding of the UK D2C e-commerce logistics and backend operations market and an existing rolodex of local relationships with those partners (WMS, 3PLs, Carriers etc).
  • 4+ years of channel or logistics sales experience in a client-facing role with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets, owning/forecasting a pipeline, and creating go-to-market playbooks.
  • Highly resourceful and entrepreneurial operator who can work with a high level of autonomy in a fast-moving company and collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.
  • Logistics acumen - you know how businesses work, are knowledgeable in current/future practices, trends, technology, etc.
  • Strategic agility - you see ahead, anticipate relationship and decision-making dynamics, and naturally adapt to situations.
  • You’re a strong active listener and communicator, and have examples to share of how you’ve brought consensus to a variety of challenging situations.
  • You are willing and able to travel 25% of the time to meet with new and existing partners and establish in-person relationships

In a perfect world, Loop wouldn't exist. If we had our way, we'd live in a world where we're mindful about how we consume, we love every product we own, and we share values with the brands who create them. In reality, commerce isn't perfect and often breaks. Loop creates second chances.
We're starting by revolutionizing the post-purchase experience. We've taken one of the most fragile commerce interactions - returns - and turned it into something consumers actually love, and that deepens our connection to brands and products.
We take connection seriously on the inside, too. We're building a work experience that allows you to Be A Human First and prioritizes empathy and wellbeing. We view Loop as a special place in your career to shape the future of an industry and become a better person while doing it. You can grow faster here in a shorter amount of time - we'll give you space and trust you to fill it.
