  • Facilitating new license applications, renewals, and responding to inquiries from state regulatory agencies and independent agents.

  • Tracking and managing license renewal deadlines, sending timely reminders to applicants and license holders.

  • Supporting independent agents by overseeing all carrier access needs and coordinating between different teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintaining organized records, including managing filing systems and keeping documents easily accessible.

I’ve got the skills… but do I have the necessary ones?

  • 3+ years of experience in licensing, preferably in the insurance industry.

  • Strong familiarity with NAIC, NIPR websites, and other relevant licensing databases

  • Experience with Excess & Surplus licensing and reporting.

  • Excellent attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills to manage multiple licenses and deadlines efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools to manage records and documents seamlessly.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing both individual responsibilities and collaborative projects.
