So, what’s the role?

Kin Insurance is seeking driven, sales-oriented individuals eager to launch a dynamic career in insurance sales! No prior experience needed—plus, we cover all licensing expenses to help you get started. Some of our best sales agents have come from outside of the insurance industry, bringing fresh perspectives and diverse experiences to our team. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by connecting with homeowners and promoting our insurance products. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

As part of your onboarding, Kin will cover the training and expenses associated with obtaining the necessary property and casualty licenses required to sell our insurance products.

Once you’ve become licensed, you’ll join the sales floor where you have the opportunity to connect with individuals to provide important consultation for not only their home insurance needs but also other products such as auto and flood insurance. Best of all, this role requires no cold calling; you will receive qualified leads that are brought in from our Marketing team. You will help to develop the best policies to protect the insured’s home alongside building customized quotes to ensure they receive the best service possible.
