We're looking for someone who combines strong design principles with data-driven decision making, thrives in autonomy, and exhibits enthusiasm for tackling exciting design challenges.
What we've built
- A trusted platform that connects businesses with local content creators
- A community of everyday, authentic, content creators
- A profitable book of business with regular recurring revenue
Here is what you will be working on
- Lead the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to final implementation
- Collaborate closely with product manager to align design work with strategic goals, inform product decisions through user insights, and iterate effectively based on team priorities and feedback
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Question assumptions and dig deep to understand the root problems we're trying to solve
- Propose innovative solutions that go beyond surface-level requirements
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user experience
- Design and implement interactive components that create memorable "WOW" moments in the user journey
- Partner closely with engineers throughout the entire design and development process, not just at handoff

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for design patterns and interaction guidelines
- Champion user-centered design practices across the organization
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for UX improvements
- Design responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across all devices
- Innovate on interactive features that drive user engagement and platform stickiness
Qualities of UI/UX Designers who will thrive in this role
- You’re endlessly curious and love unraveling a problem until you get to its juicy core.
- You treat requirements like a jumping-off point—not a box to check.
- You ask “why?” a lot—and sometimes “why not?”
- You think design and engineering should sit side by side, not pass files over a wall.
- You design with heart, not ego—putting real users at the center of every decision.
- You zoom in on the details and keep one eye on the big picture.
- You’re not precious—you sketch, test, tweak, repeat (and repeat again).
- You’ve got a strong design POV, but you're always open to a better idea.
- You know what’s trending in UX—but you care more about what’s timeless and useful.
- You speak design like a second language—and you’re fluent in explaining the “why” to any audience.
- You’ve got a sharp eye for type, color, and layout—and you know how to make pixels sing.
- Ambiguity doesn’t scare you—it sparks your creativity.
- You geek out on micro-interactions and love crafting those “wait, that was cool” moments.
- You feel most at home when you’re building alongside product managers and engineers, not waiting on them.
