Enterprise Sales Director

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive revenue growth by leading complex, high-value sales cycles from initial engagement through close. This role is ideal for a proven enterprise seller who excels at building pipeline, navigating multi-stakeholder deals, and consistently delivering against quota.
Base Salary: $100,000-$150,000 + commission
What you'll do:
• Own and exceed enterprise sales quotas
• Build and manage pipeline through strategic prospecting
• Lead full enterprise sales cycles (discovery → proposal → negotiation → close)
• Develop strategic account plans for target enterprise organizations
• Coordinate deal strategy across executives, procurement, legal, and finance teams
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking in CRM (HubSpot preferred)
What we're looking for:
• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
• Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
• Strong consultative selling skills (discovery, objection handling, negotiation)
• Experience managing pipeline and forecasts using CRM platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build a repeatable pipeline and contribute to go-to-market strategy
• Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles and high-value contracts
