We are seeking a meticulous and proactive professional for a full-time, contract role as an Order Fulfillment and Inventory Associate. This position is central to our operations, responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle and maintaining precise inventory records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient with technology, and thrives in a dynamic, desk-based role that includes hands-on responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Accurately process incoming orders using company fulfillment software, generate shipping labels, and coordinate shipments in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage physical inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and maintain precise digital records to ensure operational readiness.
  • Logistics & Reporting: Utilize MS Excel and other tools to track logistics data, analyze trends, and prepare regular inventory reports.
  • Technical Operations: Perform device programming, system updates, and other technical processing duties as required by the fulfillment workflow.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee packing and shipping operations to ensure all orders are correct and meet our quality standards before dispatch.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data sorting, and report creation. Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software platforms.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: A proactive and reliable team member with the ability to work on-site daily.
  • Preferred (Not Required): Previous experience in logistics, operations, or inventory; supervisory experience is a plus.
