Bizzy® Cold Brew is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Director – East to lead our retail growth across the Eastern U.S. As a key member of the sales team, this individual will be responsible for managing broker partners, growing key accounts, and executing our go-to-market strategy in the region. Success in this role means hitting sales targets, expanding distribution, improving promotional ROI, and representing Bizzy with excellence in high-level customer meetings. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and plays a critical role in accelerating our national expansion in the refrigerated coffee category.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the regional sales strategy and execution with full accountability for results
  • Manage broker partners by setting clear expectations, providing direction, and ensuring follow-through
  • Build and execute account-level sales plans to drive velocity and secure new placements
  • Leverage syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) to guide business decisions and strengthen customer presentations
  • Negotiate and implement pricing and promotional programs that deliver against brand and retailer objectives
  • Deliver compelling business reviews and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize trade spend
  • Monitor competitive activity and channel trends to inform strategy and execution
  • Represent Bizzy at trade shows, customer meetings, and key industry events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in refrigerated beverage or coffee
  • Demonstrated success managing broker networks and leading retail customer relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated data
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
  • Must reside in the East Region and live near a major airport
