The Role
Mode Mobile is looking for an all-star Senior Product Manager to join our Product-led organization and build great software that users love. We are a user-facing product team, and we are looking for someone who wants to help users monetize their everyday activities. The product manager will report to the Director of Product and lead their cross-functional team.
As a product leader, you’ll be accountable for identifying the most significant opportunities, prioritizing product investment decisions, nimbly experimenting with solutions, rallying the team to delivery high-quality software, and measuring results. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, product managers, and several stakeholders to define and execute according to your strategic roadmap to accelerate our future growth.

- You’re able to expertly own the entire all parts of the product lifecycle: from discovery, validation, experimentation, continuous delivery, and measurement.
- You can work closely with UX Designers to develop solutions that are thoughtful, intuitive, and helpful.
- You work collaboratively with your engineering team to define detailed product epics and stories supporting delivering on objectives as measured by key results.
- You deliver on your goals. You are responsible and accountable for your actions and decisions, and take ownership for the outcomes.
What you bring to the team
- 5+ years of professional product management experience, making critically important business and product decisions in an agile environment delivering mobile applications to end-users, preferably with earn, reward focus.
- 3+ years of experience owning a product discovery process from idea to validation experimentation to launch. Passionate about learning directly from users.
- Past experience in monetization, digital advertising, affiliate marketing, in-app currencies and reward-based applications is extremely valuable.
- Experience building native Android applications
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional disciplines.
- Experience utilizing data analysis tools: Mixpanel, Google Spreadsheets
- Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
- Strong understanding of system design. Bonus points for familiarity with AWS, Rails, Node.js, and data storage.
