The Role

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development professional to drive revenue growth from digital publishing partners. In this role, you will leverage your existing relationships and industry expertise to create new revenue streams through custom web ads, video monetization, and innovative web monetization solutions utilizing our EarnOS.

Who You Are and What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with digital content publishers across various verticals (news, entertainment, lifestyle, etc.)
  • Pitch and sell traffic syndication through our custom web ad units, video ad placements, and emerging web monetization solutions to publishing partners.
  • Negotiate and close revenue-generating deals with digital publishers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to develop compelling offerings tailored to publisher needs.
  • Continuously explore new web monetization opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Manage and grow an active pipeline of publisher prospects and partner accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets from digital publisher partnerships
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts on partnership performance and revenue.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles within the digital media/advertising industry
  • Proven track record of successfully selling digital ad products and solutions to content publishers
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers at major digital publishing companies
  • In-depth understanding of web advertising, video monetization, and emerging digital revenue models
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling abilities
  • Strong ability to structure mutually beneficial deals
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and drive to exceed targets
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with publisher partners
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with a willingness to adapt and embrace change.
