The Role

This is a full-funnel execution role for someone who is comfortable working across multiple areas of growth marketing.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to help launch campaigns, improve lifecycle communications, manage automation workflows, support paid acquisition, and identify opportunities to improve trial starts, activation, and paid conversion.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a startup or fast-moving marketing environment and wants to build broad experience across the full marketing engine.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch scrappy growth experiments across ads, lifecycle, landing pages, outbound, and automation
  • Test new messages, hooks, offers, and channels to find what drives qualified trials
  • Create email and SMS campaigns that activate, re-engage, and convert users
  • Turn customer conversations, sales objections, and product insights into new campaign ideas
  • Find funnel leaks and ship fixes that improve trial starts, activation, and paid conversion
  • Ensure tracking, UTMs, attribution, and reporting standards so growth decisions are based on reality.
  • Experiment with cold email, referrals, partnerships, and other acquisition channels
  • Build repeatable systems from winning tests.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a startup, SaaS, app, or high-growth environment
  • Someone who likes testing ideas quickly, learning from results, and turning wins into repeatable systems
  • Experience launching or supporting paid campaigns across Meta, Google, or similar channels
  • Comfortable working across the full funnel, from first click to lead, trial, activation, and paid conversion
  • Experience using HubSpot or another CRM/marketing automation platform to build workflows, lists, triggers, and campaigns
  • Experience writing, sending, and optimizing email, SMS, lifecycle, reactivation, or outbound campaigns
  • Strong instincts for hooks, offers, landing pages, and short-form campaign copy
  • Comfortable using GA4, UTMs, conversion events, and attribution to understand what’s actually driving growth
  • Able to spot funnel leaks and come up with practical ways to improve conversion
  • Curious about customer behavior, sales objections, product usage, and the signals that show buying intent
  • Comfortable moving between creative, data, automation, and execution.
  • Able to work independently, move quickly, and figure things out.
