We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps), reporting to our CRO, to join our rapidly growing Sales organization. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the optimization of revenue-driving processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, aligning systems, data, and strategy to unlock scalable growth. AI first principles are crucial for this role, as the adoption and execution of AI are progressing rapidly.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring clean data, automation, and usability
- Designing and implementing sophisticated dashboard frameworks and reporting systems, tracking team performance, and conducting analysis to generate insights across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Optimizing full-funnel performance and driving efficiency as the Chowly Platform goes from Start-Up to Scale-Up
- Crafting a scalable growth playbook to unlock new market opportunities as the binder between Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Collaborating with Finance and Marketing to deliver insights on pipeline dynamics and lead cross-functional GTM initiatives to improve funnel metrics and sales productivity
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in a RevOps or Sales Ops
- Extensive experience with pipeline management, revenue forecasting, sales coverage modeling, productivity metrics, and performance insights
- Capable of effectively handling high-growth, dynamic tech environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
TECH STACK
- GTM Tech: Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Nooks, Instantly, Clay, Momentum, PandaDoc
- Prior experience with Snowflake and/or Sigma is a plus
