Chowly’s best-in-class partnership ecosystem (including DoorDash, Toast, Uber Eats, Square, and others) has created an exciting opportunity to accelerate our growth further.
Chowly seeks a motivated and detail-oriented SDR to support our growing sales team. This person will assist our team with prospecting by seeking and creating new opportunities, qualifying leads, and helping generate a pipeline for our Account Executives. You will join the founding SDR team for our brand-new platform product. To start, your focus will be on existing customers qualifying to upgrade to our platform.
Most importantly, restaurant owners and the persona itself are busy operators. Calling is imperative; this role will require making 60-80 daily calls. If your sales experience is primarily email / cadence / sequence heavy, this role may not be the best fit for you.
You, along with another hire making up the founding SDR team here at Chowly, will quickly have the opportunity to show success, create a repeatable process, partner directly with our CRO, and have the opportunity to grow as an IC or Team Lead in the near future.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Maintaining and updating our data in our CRM, Salesforce accurately and promptly
- Warm and Cold Calling into existing and, eventually, net new accounts
- Make 60-80 calls per day
- Video prospecting
- Social Media Outreach
- Qualifying to ensure the customer or prospect fits ICP
- Ensuring the customer or prospect shows up to the booked demo
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Prior outbound prospecting experience is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Salesforce
EVEN BETTER IF YOU
- Have experience prospecting or selling into small business accounts, like independent restaurants
- Have a call-heavy experience in a prior sales role
- Have a creative mindset and willingness to bring up new ideas and feedback to generate more pipeline for the team
- Have experience using “SPICED” as your qualifying sales methodology
