Carefeed

Posted on Feb 18, 2026

About Us: Carefeed is the platform senior living and long-term care providers use to bring order, clarity, and calm to their day. By replacing paper, calls, and disconnected tools with an all-in-one platform, Carefeed digitizes and automates the work that takes teams away from residents and families.

Carefeed works alongside existing EHR and HR systems and supports the way providers already operate. It reduces strain, keeps communities organized, and gives staff the time and confidence to focus on what matters most. Providers choose Carefeed because it is simple to learn, powerful in practice, and built for the realities of multi-community care.

Trusted by thousands of communities across the US and Canada, Carefeed helps every organization deliver a better experience for residents, families, and the teams who care for them.

About the Opportunity: Carefeed is seeking a Director of Survey Services to lead and scale Carefeed’s managed survey administration services and oversee operational delivery of Carefeed’s survey administration platform module for long-term care providers. This role owns end-to-end delivery of CoreQ and AHRQ Patient Safety Culture Survey (SOPS/PSCS) programs — ensuring compliance-ready outputs, low administrative burden for facilities, strong participation support, and clear facility-level and aggregated reporting for partners and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is an operations-minded survey leader who can deliver multi-facility survey programs at scale while maintaining rigorous data integrity, documentation, and compliance readiness.

Responsibilities:

Program Delivery & Scaling

  • Own end-to-end survey program delivery across participating facilities, including onboarding, roster intake, configuration, launch, monitoring, closeout, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain scalable implementation workflows, playbooks, and templates to support consistent execution across cycles.
  • Design and manage wave-based onboarding and rollout plans to ensure delivery quality as programs expand.
  • Maintain program calendars aligned to state submission windows, reporting requirements, and partner deliverable timelines.

Compliance, Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Ensure validated survey instruments are deployed exactly as written, including version control and configuration governance.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for each facility cycle, including milestones, approvals, exports, and submission artifacts.
  • Establish and enforce standard data validation and quality controls to ensure defensible reporting and reliable outputs.
  • Deliver facility-level reporting (dashboards/exports) and aggregated reporting deliverables as applicable.
  • Support benchmarking approaches, including peer grouping logic and confidentiality/suppression thresholds.

Outreach & Vendor Management

  • Lead digital-first fielding models (email/SMS), including reminder strategy, response monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Configure and manage outreach workflows within Carefeed’s platform tools, including templates and scheduling.
  • Coordinate optional mail/phone outreach strategies when needed and manage vendor execution (mail/CATI) when used.

Cross-Functional & Partner Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Client Experience, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing to ensure survey delivery is scalable and aligned with platform capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison for association and partner stakeholders regarding delivery, reporting cadence, and continuous improvement.
  • Support proposals and partnership growth by contributing methodology narratives, deliverables definitions, and reporting examples.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Experience leading survey administration programs, research operations, or multi-site survey services delivery.
  • Strong understanding of survey methodology, execution workflows, and data integrity practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience leading client-facing implementations and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex processes into clear guidance.

Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Direct experience administering CoreQ and/or AHRQ Patient Safety Culture Survey (SOPS/PSCS).
  • Experience supporting compliance-forward workflows and submission-ready outputs for state or payer reporting programs.
