Job Description

Product marketing at Authenticx distills down our strategic company priorities and product strategy into a go-to-market strategy for our verticals as well as positioning and messaging for our products. Their job is to make the Authenticx platform successful in the market and with customers and be the strategic experts when it comes to the market and competitive landscape. They are champions of their products and define and manage end-to-end GTM strategy for their product areas.

We are looking for a versatile Product Marketing Manager with experience in: leading the company into new products or verticals, developing both strong positioning and compelling messaging, launch planning, collaborating with product and other cross-functional teams, sales and customer success enablement, and creating high impact content to fuel customer-facing campaigns.

The right candidate is a self-starter who drives action and results; is comfortable flexing between strategy and execution; and demonstrates a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and flexibility. They’ve also operationalized key components of product marketing within the business to create repetitive success in launching and activating different strategies in the market.

As a Product Marketing Manager at Authenticx, you will report to our Senior Manager of Product Marketing and be responsible for the following:

  • Be a subject matter expert of our platform; understand the technical ins and outs of how it works.
  • Tackle large and ambiguous projects that map to company priorities and are key to the long-term success of Authenticx
  • Create compelling roadmap messaging, product demo paths for customer presentations, sales presentations, events, and analyst briefings.
  • Define and manage end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the entire platform, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, competitive and market intelligence, and customer adoption.
  • Build product marketing programs and frameworks to promote the Authenticx vision, platform and services, internally and externally, and drive organizational excellence.
  • Develop insights based on product usage data, voice of customer, campaign effectiveness, and industry trends and translate those insights into actionable recommendations that promote business objectives and drive tangible results.

Qualifications

Our ideal Product Marketing Manager will possess the following qualifications:

  • ​​Relevant undergraduate degree or other formal education or certification
  • 3+ years experience in product marketing for enterprise B2B technology products and services
  • Love and understand great technology products; experience within SaaS B2B companies is a plus!
  • Experience crafting compelling, value-driven product messaging and positioning.
  • Technical competence (knowing the technical ins and outs of how their product works).
  • Great at simplifying complex technical requirements into plain English.
  • Exhibits customer empathy and puts the customer first in everything they do.
  • High drive and high ownership and accountability to team KPIs
  • Strong skills in communication, presenting, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally.
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
  • PLUS: Experience in a B2B SaaS startup
  • PLUS: Experience marketing AI software or platforms and/or technical platforms to mid-market and enterprise-size businesses

Additional Information

  • This is a hybrid or virtual position.
  • Local team members come into the office approximately 1-2x per week. This is flexible.
  • Remote team members come to the office approximately 2-4x per year, based on training, corporate events, or other business needs.
  • Candidates must reside in the USA.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA without employment visa sponsorship (e.g. H1-B) now and in the future.
