As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Product - Growth to lead high-impact initiatives, drive collaboration with go-to-market (GTM) teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
As the Director of Product - Growth, you will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, each responsible for a core area of growth: ACHQ (franchise offering), partner platform expansion, billing and monetization, and a PLG-focused experimental growth team.
Your role will involve setting the vision and strategy for these areas, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving the execution of roadmaps that unlock customer and business growth. This position demands a combination of strategic leadership, deep partnership with GTM teams, and a focus on delivering measurable results.

What your day could consist of:

  • Define and communicate the overarching product growth strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Partner closely with GTM teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, empowering them to fully own their respective areas.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Work closely with Commercial Director, Franchise Sales and guide the team in building and scaling the ACHQ franchise product, ensuring it meets the unique needs of franchise customers.
  • Work closely with VP, Partner Growth to align on partner growth strategy, defining roadmap and levers to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Work closely with the Pricing and Packaging leader to uncover pricing and packaging strategies that drive growth and are aligned with customer and market expectations.
  • Develop a clear view of the self-serve funnel in collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and customer leadership.
  • Establish success metrics across all focus areas and ensure the team tracks performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Use data, market research, and customer feedback to inform strategies and prioritize investments.

What is needed:

  • 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success driving growth-focused initiatives in areas such as partner platforms, billing/monetization, or PLG experimentation.
  • Experience partnering with GTM teams to deliver high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set and align teams around a clear vision.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
