ActiveCampaign is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead and elevate the product management team in our Poland Technology and Product Hub. This critical leadership role will set the standard of excellence for product management within Poland, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the product management craft, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and coach a team of product managers to deliver world-class results. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring close collaboration with engineering, and aligning with global teams to deliver impactful products that meet the needs of our customers and the market.

What your day could consist of:

  • Develop and nurture a strong product culture within the Poland Technology and Product Hub.
  • Set and uphold a standard of excellence for product management practices in the region.
  • Inspire and coach product managers to enhance their craft and perform at their highest potential.
  • Provide daily coaching and mentorship to product managers, helping them navigate challenges and grow in their roles.
  • Drive accountability for delivering results while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support product managers in data-driven decision-making to measure product performance and impact.
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align on product strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure product managers deeply understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and product roadmaps by Poland-based teams.
  • Partner with engineering, go-to-market teams, and global product leaders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Define and promote the right way to collaborate with product managers globally, fostering strong relationships and shared success.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes across the product portfolio to senior leadership.

What is needed:

  • Experience in marketing automation highly preferred; experience in similar or adjacent SaaS required.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience, including managing and mentoring product managers.
  • Strong understanding of the product management craft, including market analysis, customer research, data-driven decision-making, and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to build impactful products.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and coach product teams to achieve excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for building and fostering a product culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Strong commitment to developing and empowering teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with the unique dynamics of leading distributed or globally aligned teams.
This is an exciting time to join ActiveCampaign as we build out our new office in Poland. You will be a large part of developing our office culture in this new Krakow hub location.
