  • Collaborate with sales, billing support, engineering and business intelligence teams around enhancements to our revenue platform and contract management systems, to ensure GAAP compliance.
  • Review non-standard contracts for revenue accounting implications (e.g., renewals, contract modifications, and variable consideration)
  • Assist FP&A in the monthly revenue modeling and forecasting procedures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance as we launch product offerings and expand our customer base
  • Build, develop, and actively manage relationships with external payments partners to ensure proper capture of transactions in the revenue cycle

  • Lead and mentor a team of revenue accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture and a continuous improvement mindset

What is needed:

  • Demonstrated success in leading revenue accounting functions through rapid growth and expanding product offerings, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective strategies
  • At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the e-commerce or SaaS industries

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process transformation
