Seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance to play a pivotal role in partnering with company leadership across Sales and Marketing. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this position involves building and maintaining financial and operational models, analyzing key performance indicators, and being an integral part of project teams to improve processes.
The role demands a strong understanding of finance principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-growth environment while playing a key role in guiding financial strategies and tools to achieve business objectives.
What your day could consist of:
- Partner with company leadership (sales, marketing, partners, and sales/mktg operations) to provide financial insights and tools for achieving business objectives.
- Build and maintain financial and operational models for GTM functions, including sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
- Analyze critical KPIs like CAC, customer lifetime value, and marketing ROI to enhance insights across revenue teams.
- Act as a key member of project teams to facilitate process improvements as the company evolves.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for GTM departments.
- Conduct detailed modeling for decision-making in senior leadership projects.
- Work with the broader FP&A team to understand financial analytics and help the organization scale efficiently.
What is needed:
- BA/BS degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years (minimum) experience in finance, banking, management consulting, or a similar environment.
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment and FP&A is preferred.
- Strong foundational knowledge in accounting, finance, and operations principles.
- Proven ability to develop robust models and analyses that inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
