The Solutions Consultant provides leadership, technical and domain expertise and pre-sale support creating solutions that answer customer business and technical needs. The role utilizes knowledge of and passion about the ActiveCampaign platform and product suite to enable customer success. This role combines consultative selling, technical solutioning, and client-facing relationship building.

What your day could consist of:

  • Utilize and build upon deep and comprehensive technical understanding of the platform
  • Act as a technical point of contact and expert for prospects and the sales team throughout the sales cycle
  • Participate in sales calls where necessary or take direction from the sales team to help create demonstrable automations
  • Clearly draw connections between customer use cases and the capabilities of the ActiveCampaign platform
  • Support the Sales teams by authoring responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Assist in the technical and product enablement of sales teams
  • Align closely with Product teams to serve as feedback path from sales regarding industry changes and customer needs
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing and Education teams to facilitate feature release and ongoing product training

What is needed:

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in technology or business
  • 2-3 years of translatable professional experience, preferably in the SaaS space
  • High degree of technical aptitude and strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is desired too.
