About the Role:

As a Regional Account Executive, you will play a significant role at Abre. You will serve as a top-level individual contributor focused on district-level new business acquisition and expansion growth revenue streams. Two key measures of success are individual performance against target and territory growth. The Regional Account Executive will report directly to the RVP of Sales and carry a high-level individual sales target on the team.

Remote – Must reside in the Western U.S.
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be located in the Western United States to best support market needs and ensure alignment with regional operations. Abre is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual targets
  • Create, communicate, and execute against sales strategy and territory plans
  • Develop proficiency on all Abre products and solutions
  • Live in Salesforce CRM to drive behavior and document actions
  • Penetrate the c-suite and build a deep district administrator network
  • Leverage current clients to grow expansion opportunities
  • Give prompt reports on crucial issues to your direct manager
  • Schedule and deliver online demonstrations and in-person presentations, and the aptitude to perform needs assessments with school/district administrators
  • Accurately forecast upcoming sales performance to sales leadership
  • Work together with colleagues from other departments (Marketing, Client Success, and Product) to improve efficiency and overall prospect/client experience
  • Assess activity level performance against expectations
  • Contribute to building a positive team culture where people want to work, and thrive
  • Meet assigned expectations for profitability
  • Attend the majority of trainings to enhance product knowledge
  • Create and deliver custom proposals aligned to district needs analysis

Who You Are

  • 5+years of successful sales experience in the K-12 education market
  • Team player aligned to and excited to live out Abre’s company values
  • Data-driven salesperson capable of thriving in both virtual and in-person selling environments
  • The ability to build rapport, outline a buying vision, challenge the status quo, and position Abre as a strategic partner
  • The ability to define and execute a strategic sales and territory plan
  • Proficiency in researching, developing, prospecting, and creating a pipeline of school and district opportunities of at least three times the necessary revenue to meet sales goals
  • Confident communicator with active listening skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support customer interactions
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Organized, focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly energetic self-starter
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM or equivalent CRM
  • This position requires heavy travel (40%)
